Drawing from the wisdom of Lao Tzu, we're reminded that a quiet mind unveils the universe's secrets, offering a path to deep rest and self-discovery. As you lay down, align your body and turn your attention inward to anchor you in the present. This session explores the inner self, a guided journey through the body that encourages every part to unwind. Through this practice, we connect with our Sankalpa—our innermost intentions and desires—integrating them into our being. This experience is an invitation to encounter the tranquillity within, leading to profound relaxation and a renewed sense of awareness.
